Little Dragons – Ages 4 to 6

This program is for our youngest students. It concentrates on basic physical development, focus and discipline.

Youth – Ages 7 to 12

Older children of all skill levels can participate in this program. Students will learn basic techniques, self-defense & sparring while focusing on self-control and discipline.

Adults – Ages 13+

These classes are for teens and adults of all skill levels. Students will learn traditional martial arts hand and foot techniques, self-defense, sparring and weapons training.

Advanced Belts

This program is for those who have reached the rank of Brown belt or higher. Students will learn advanced techniques, self-defense, traditional forms and weapons techniques.
